We are to determine your business requirements for Outsourcing. The following items must be determined for us to be able to support you with your business needs
a. Position/s requirement
Identify the position/s or role/s you wanted/ need to outsource with us
You are to provide the Job description (Roles/ Responsibilities and Qualifications)
b. Process requirement- Identify the processes you wanted/ need to outsource with us
c. Headcount- Identify the number of staff/ professionals necessary to support your process/ business
We will be sending the Initial Services Proposal (ISP). The proposal includes the possible estimated costing of outsourcing with us. This outlines all the items, products and services AUSLINK can offer you and will show you the value of your investment on outsourcing with us.
The following are indicated in the ISP:
a. Employee Salary and Benefits
b. Service Fee
With your full consent, you and AUSLINK are to sign the Service Agreement/ Contract which presents the coverage and continuity of our business relationship.
a. Sourcing- We are to look into our pool of professionals and/ or source out for the right professionals, and/ or post jobs base on the Job Description (JD) of the role that you will provide.
b. Screening and Interview of Professionals
c. Finalization and Confirmation of Professionals
Once we have confirmed the candidate/s, we will be sending the FSP based on the agreed salary with the staff/ s / professional/s. Hence, FSP will include the estimated actual possible costing in outline form.
The confirmed candidate is to complete the following:
a. Completion of pre- employment requirements (government mandatory pre- employment requirements)
b. Signing of Employment Contract (Service Agreement)
Dedicated Professionals would have their orientation with the company and possibly with you as the client on their first day which is their hire date.
Training should commence with the agreed time frame with you. The training would cover all processes, roles and responsibilities by the dedicated employee.
